By accessing or using the OfferX platform, professional services, or API infrastructure (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. OfferX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

02 Description of Service

OfferX provides a cloud-based enterprise fintech orchestration platform designed to automate complex financial workflows, offer management, and institutional-grade reporting. The Service includes, but is not limited to, real-time data processing, API access, and user interface dashboarding.

03 User Obligations

As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service.

04 Payment Terms

Fees are billed in accordance with the executed Order Form. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month.

05 Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, and documentation associated with the Service are the exclusive property of OfferX Technologies Inc. No license or right is granted to the user except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Users retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data they upload ("Customer Data"). OfferX is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

06 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OFFERX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
